Description

• Design and implement people, organisational, and cultural change initiatives
• Guide and support leaders and managers through change projects
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Ensure all activities align with the company's values and objectives

Profile

A successful OD & Transformation Consultant should have:

• Proven experience in managing organisational development projects
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to think strategically
