The Opportunity – Office Administration Assistant:
This excellent admin support opportunity is ideal for somebody looking for an organisationally focussed, but nicely varied role. This is a fantastic position within a well-established company where you can develop your professional, transferrable and commercial skills. Duties will include:
- Providing internal support to users of our ERP system.
- Maintaining system information (Data Inputting)
- Supporting the department Manager with projects and other related tasks.
- Accumulating data and filing correspondence.
Person Specification – Office Administration Assistant:
- Previous experience in an admin support / office clerk role is preferred but not essential.
- Accurate Data Inputting.
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of other Microsoft office packages.
- Ideally have Kerridge K809 experience, but not essential.
- Strong organisation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable.
- Motivated with good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate start preferable.
