Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Chadwell Heath

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8.00am-5.00pm

The Opportunity – Office Administration Assistant:

This excellent admin support opportunity is ideal for somebody looking for an organisationally focussed, but nicely varied role. This is a fantastic position within a well-established company where you can develop your professional, transferrable and commercial skills. Duties will include:

  • Providing internal support to users of our ERP system.
  • Maintaining system information (Data Inputting)
  • Supporting the department Manager with projects and other related tasks.
  • Accumulating data and filing correspondence.

Person Specification – Office Administration Assistant:

  • Previous experience in an admin support / office clerk role is preferred but not essential.
  • Accurate Data Inputting.
  • Ability to multitask and work to deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of other Microsoft office packages.
  • Ideally have Kerridge K809 experience, but not essential.
  • Strong organisation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly and approachable.
  • Motivated with good attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Immediate start preferable.
