Job description

Our client based in Brighton is actively recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their growing team. The company is in search of a willing and enthusiastic candidate who is looking for a hands-on office assistant type role, that is good at taking responsibility and using their own initiative. This is an innovative company to work for offering great opportunities to grow and develop into other parts of the business.

Your new role
• Responding to emails and answering telephone calls.
• Creating and maintaining accurate/accessible and organised documentation.
• Liaising with customers regarding any questions or queries that they may have.
• Providing general administrative support to the team at all times.
• Supporting colleagues and directors within the office and working as part of a team.
• Work alongside the facilities team and replenish office supplies when required.
• Overseeing incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Account management.
• General adhoc duties.


Your Skills
• Strong administration skills
• Good IT skills
• Ability to take initiative, ability to introduce new systems ideal
• Good organisational skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
• High attention to detail

What you’ll need to succeed
No previous experience is necessary as full training will be given but you will be someone who has good attention to detail, who relishes keeping things organised and approaches tasks with a calm and methodical attitude.
