Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to assist part time with our company’s day to day tasks.
Office Administrator responsibilities include processing data, keeping records up to date, organising internal processes and managing the daily correspondence.
Ultimately, you will help us manage and organise our resources effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence (email & post)
- Processing supplier bills
- Making adjustments to our customer billing
- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
- Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
- Develop, update and maintain process documents
- Project administration
Skills & Qualifications:
- A Levels or equivalent A*- C or 5-9
- Basic Excel skills
- Organisation
- Confidentiality
- Attention to detail
Requirements:
- Ability to be proactive and use your initiative
- Great collaboration and communication skills
- Good telephone manner and IT skills are essential
- Business experience: 1 year (preferred but not essential)
