We're searching for an Office Administrator to join our clients dynamic team on a 1-year fixed-term contract, providing essential support and keeping our operations running smoothly.

As an Office Administrator, you'll:

  • Be the right-hand person to the Payroll team, assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Unleash your Excel expertise, maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and other essential documents.
  • Embrace a hands-on approach, tackling challenges with initiative and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team, fostering a supportive and productive environment.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the payroll function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative processes.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Possesses excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Is a whizz working across Excel
  • Enjoys working independently but thrives in a collaborative team environment
