Job Title: Office Administrator
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm)
Location: Kenilworth, office based
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
Benefits: 33 days holiday including bank holidays, extra day off on your birthday, company pension and death in service.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join a loyal and committed family-owned business within the distribution market on a permanent basis. This is a dynamic role, so time management and the ability to prioritise is essential.
Duties include:
- Administration to meet the demands of the business.
- Daily monitoring of cash received, chasing customers, and resolving invoice queries.
- Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters.
- Overseeing reception.
- Credit control.
- Sales order administration.
- Invoice query administration.
- Booking travel and accommodation.
- Filing, organising and imputing data.
- Being responsible for the office image.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous administration and customer service experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service focused with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong MS Office Skills.
- Good telephone manor, with the ability to build relationships with frequent callers.
- Able to prioritise workload.
- Commercial awareness.
- Experience with Sage Line 50 Accounts.
