If you are a highly organised
Office Administrator, then we have a maternity cover contract starting mid-March for 10 months. This role requires you to use your co-ordination skills, initiative and be highly organised to ensure the smooth running of the office. Duties include:
- Job creation on the system database and all associated paperwork
- Making sure all office paperwork is uploaded and updated regularly
- Monitoring of a number of inboxes, making sure that all correspondence is responded to, actioned or delegated to the appropriate member of staff
- Liaising with schools and colleges for work experience placements and completing all the associated paperwork
- Organising and booking the meeting rooms, ensuring everything is organised as needed
- Be the liaison between two offices - actioning any requests as appropriate
- Be the first point of contact for the business - meet and great visitors, answer any calls and deal with effectively, make any refreshments for visitors
- Organise any new starter inductions - organising IT, workstations etc.
- Placing any orders for the office, including stationary
- Flexible to pick up any ad hoc tasks/ accommodate any additional work as and when required.
The role is working in a fast-paced office. You will need to be able to plan your day, prioritise and work on a number different tasks. You need to be confident in speaking to a senior management team and relaying information to them. This role involves working with the Microsoft programmes including Work, Excel and Outlook.We are looking for a candidate to start mid-March. The position is Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.30 and the pay is £25,000 pa. The position has free parking and is based in Yeovil.
