A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a bright and proactive Office Administrator to join a highly successful financial services firm in the West End! This is a very exciting and all-encompassing role that allows the successful candidate to work on a wide variety of duties! Who you are:

You will be a highly discrete and proactive individual that possesses previous experience working successfully as an Office Administrator, ideally within the financial sector. You will have exceptional time management and multitasking skills, while possessing strong communication and interpersonal abilities. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver who is ready to learn and grow through this amazing opportunity!

What you will do:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Assisting with HR duties such as recruitment processes, onboarding new joiners etc.
  • Organisation and preparation of board meetings
  • Event coordination
  • Diary Management
  • Arranging travel
  • Processing expenses
  • Overseeing facilities
