Your new company
Is a leading property management company in the city. They have appointed Hays to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team. This is an office-based position with full-time hours, working Monday to Friday.
Your new role
As Office Administrator, you provide administration support for all business functions. Your key responsibilities will include: reception, dealing with customer enquiries through face-to-face, email and phone calls. You will book property viewings, manage and schedule daily appointments. You will process customer payments and update the system accurately, type letters, manage incoming and outgoing post, be responsible for filing and photocopying of correspondence and general administration duties.
What you\'ll need to succeed
As Office Administrator, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role. You will be confident communicating with customers via verbal and written forms and be proficient in Microsoft suite.
