SalaryInteraction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Office Administrator for our client based in Newton Abbot to start as soon as possible.
As a Sales Administrator you will need:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude.
- Self-motivated, highly organised.
- Team Player.
Duties of a Sales Administrator:
- Working alongside and supporting colleagues.
- Preparing quotes and proformas,
- Liaising with customers via phone and email,
- Scheduling appointments,
- Coordinating with internal departments and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods,
- Maintaining customer records on internal databases,
- Inputting of sales information and figures onto excel and our own system.
- Checking sales orders created by the sales team for accuracy.
- To liaise with other departments such as sales and admin to ensure the smooth running of the sales team.
- Producing reports on a regular basis using the tools available.
Details of a Sales Administrator Position:
- Monday to Friday
- Working 09:00-17:00
- Pay rate 10.50ph
