Job description
It is imperative that you have excellent organisation and communication skills, a keen eye for detail as well as a friendly and professional telephone manner. This role will include dealing with incoming email enquiries, scheduling appointments for service engineers, using a software system that will assist you in raising purchase orders, providing quotes and processing invoices – full training will be given.
We are looking for an individual who has experience in office Administration. You will need to be computer literate and have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. knowledge of QuickBooks/Bookkeeping is preferred.
The successful candidate must be organised, precise, strives to get things right first time and be capable of managing multiple takes at once. They must work well under pressure, be a systematic and solution-focused thinker as well as being assertive, patient and strives to provide excellent customer service at all times.
