We are looking to recruit an Office Move Co-ordinator to join our Corporate Relocation team based at Guildford.
Successful applicants will be self-motivated, team player, presentable, polite with a good telephone manner as you will have contact with the general public and have a sales background preferably in the service sector.
This role is to supply a quality administration service in the areas of Corporate development & Employee Relocation Services. Involves working as part of a team to ensure prompt action is taken on all enquiries generated from telephone & email.
Outline of Duties include:
Dealing with Employment Relocation enquiries, faxing details to the Branch or Agent network. Supporting the Branch/Agent network to ensure the smooth running of both enquiries & confirmed movements between the client/employee/department/ranches & agents. Ensuring that all the relevant paperwork is maintained on a day-to-day basis. Utilising and maintaining the database on a day-to-day basis. Following up Branches/Agents to ensure that a suitable update on pending enquiries is maintained. Producing invoices & ensuring authorisation of invoices in relation to all Employment Relocation situations & Corporate Marketing.
Hours: 8.30 – 5.30 pm. Holiday: 4 weeks [5 weeks upon completion of 1 full year service)
