Hours: Monday to Thursday – 07:00 to 17:00 / Friday – 08:00 to 12:00
Every other Sunday – 08:00 to 12:00

Total Recruit Ltd are recruiting for our client, the largest Kosher butcher and delicatessen in the UK. They produce and pack a large range of high quality chicken, beef, lamb, turkey, veal and duck producers as well as a selective range of cooked products, including ready made meals.
The role will involve varied duties including:
- Place wholesale customer orders on the system from email, phone and WhatsApp
- Track orders on Excel to ensure completeness in the system
- Coordinate Dispatch and Warehouse activities to ensure timely dispatch of orders
- Amend customer details on Sage and Wholesale system
- Answer phones
- Chase and take payments from customers
- Work with the accounts department to collect overdue payments and same day payments
- Chase customers for upcoming orders
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process meat returns from the shops
- Credit customer invoices for return of goods
- Deal with customer complaints, queries and issues
- Invoice customers and file paperwork
- Organise office stock
- Organise transport for customer deliveries
- Process standing orders
- Acknowledge and place supermarket orders, communicating dates and possible schedule changes
- Update prices on Sage as needed
- Communicate and cooperate with other departments within the company
