KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering the telephone and taking enquiries
- Arranging meetings and take minutes
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Analysing data and produce reports
- Updating CRM system
- Providing general administrative support to the staff team (filing, receipt and sending of mail, photocopying, drafting of letters and emails, and stationery procurement)
- Assisting with purchase ledgers
- Processing payments
- Communicating with all members of staff
- Updating the social media when needed
