Key responsibilities:
General office administration/enquiries and Reception duties delivered always with a high level of quality and in line with office procedures
Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
Excellent stock management and post management
Co-ordinating meeting rooms and ICT Exam Room (incl. invigilate exams and preparation)
Working closely with other departments to assist with a wide range of administration tasks

Training
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, which includes:
Level 2 functional skills in English and maths (where applicable)
Qualifications required
5 good GCSEs (grade 4 or above) or equivalent, including English and maths
Work/office experience
Skills required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills
Good time management skills
