Job description

The role of the Office Administrator is busy and fast paced you will need to be able to prioritise work-load and tasks.
Main responsibilities:
Reception
Customer service dealing with enquiries
Sort incoming and outgoing post
Receive and transfer incoming calls
Archive completed matters
General office support
In charge of the office consumables including catering supplies

Qualifications required
GCSE's grades 4/C and above in Math and English.
Skills required
