Responsibilities:
• Answering the phone & relaying any messages.
• Chasing purchase orders and office duties as required.
• Computer literate as the role will involve completion and uploading data onto in-house systems.
• Dealing with all incoming mail.
• Complete all paperwork as required ready for dispatch.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations/Site rules.
• Ability to work effectively and be part of a fantastic team.
• Re-stock and maintain organised work areas.
• Work closely with colleagues for efficient production.
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft packages.
• SAGE 50/Manufacturing packages will be an advantage for this role.
Requirements:
• Previous experience of working in office is preferred for the role.
• Efficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Sage 50/Manufacturing Packaging.
• Ability to work effectively in a buy office.
• Strong communication skills.
