We acquired the business of RGM Solicitors and Estate Agents who are based in Grangemouth and Linlithgow in 2022. Due to growth in our business PACITTI JONES are looking for a full time Office Administratorto work primarily in our busy Grangemouth office assisting our Grangemouth, Linlithgow and Stirling legal and estate agency teams, so the candidate must be able to travel between these locations. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your career by joining a dynamic and rapidly expanding company.
The Candidate
You will have at least 1 year of experience of working in office administration. The role involves close liaison with our clients, estate agency and legal teams so you will need to be confident, organised and a great communicator. Full training would be given to the successful candidate.
Role Description
Your duties would include:
· Answering calls and reception work
· Assisting clients with completion of documentation
· Organising storage of legal documents and retrieving these documents
· Assisting branch manager, legal & estate agency staff with other ad hoc general administration activities
You would report direct to the Grangemouth Branch Manager.
