Office Administrator
Claims Family is a digital agency based in the heart of Manchester City Centre, offering a wide range of services to businesses in both Manchester and across the United Kingdom, including marketing, advertising, and website development.
About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join Claims Family and help coordinate the day-to-day operation of our office. Working collaboratively alongside the senior members of the Claims Family team, you will perform essential administrative and office-based tasks to help ensure the smooth operation of the company.
Your Responsibilities
As the Office Administrator of Claims Family, you will be relied upon to oversee the running of the office efficiently and effectively, as well as deliver a number of project administration.
These will include:
- Overseeing administrative duties at Claims Family, such as meetings, project administration, and aiding in the hiring process.
- Assist senior management where necessary with the creation of documents, reports, and important materials.
- General data filing, database upkeep and office maintenance.
- Identifying any opportunities for improving office and process efficiencies, as well as enhancing workplace culture.
- Raise invoices, reconcile transactions, and run reports using Xero.
- Liaise with external HR advisers about any HR tasks.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a passionate, experienced individual to take the reins and establish themselves as a confident, reliable Office Administrator.
Communication skills are paramount, as well as prior experience in a similar role. Past experience working in a finance company is also ideal. Any past history working within an SME or agency environment is very welcome.
