Office Administrator - Sales and Estimating Support
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm)
Duties : Working with the Administration and Estimating Teams to provide administration support to help facilitate the efficient operation of the business.
Qualifications
- PC Literate with Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Clerical and Administrative Procedures
Responsibilities
- Sales Administration including Social Media Support
- Database Administration
- Look out Previous Job Files and Refiling
- Prepare Job Instructions from Estimates Produced and Supplied Orders
- Prepare Production Purchase Orders
- Liase with External Suppliers
- Other Adhoc Office Duties
