Job Description:
- Property Health and Safety Check admin
- Processing, checking and filing Gas Certs
- Arranging appointments for Gas and Electric Checks
- Sending out appointment letters
- Saving on electronic document managing system
- Contacting tenants that are difficult to reach to make appointments
- General Administrative duties
Person Specification
- Ensuring all documents are delt with in a timly manor
- Be able to work on own initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite - essential
- Previous admin experience
