We are currently looking for 3 x Officer Administrators to join our team based within South Tyneside.
Duties Within The Role:
- Undertake administration duties such as inputting data, sending emails, responding to correspondence, booking meeting rooms and providing administrative support to the management team.
- Monitor emails/ general enquiries and correspondence.
- Assist in the organisation and provision of business support in relation to the service area including maintaining records, maintaining office systems, diary management, arranging room and travel bookings etc.
- Provide a diary management service for the Service Directors – and Service Managers.
- Collate and prepare management information as needed.
- Liaise with other services and external organisations in order to deal effectively with all enquiries received.
The Applicant:
- Must hold 5 GCSE's including English and Maths at grades A-C (5-9).
- Must have previous experience in an office environment.
