Are you a hard working and committed individual who is keen to work for a global business?
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Office team at Aberdeen.As the Office Agent you will primarily be the customer service point of contact and ensure an accurate and timely completion of import and export documentation, whilst following all security and safety regulations.
  • Starting salary of £26,300 per annum
  • Rotating shift pattern from 10 am - 6pm

Your main responsibilities on a day to day basis will be:-


  • Process inbound and outbound flights
  • Data input into WFS and other airlines dedicated computer systems
  • Report on discrepancies and damage
  • Resolve service issues for customers
  • Build relationships and liaise with customer airlines and their customers.
  • Deal with customer queries by telephone and email

To be successful in this role you will need:-


  • Administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task remaining calm under pressure
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Please note that successful candidates will be subject to a background check including a criminal record check, 5 year employment history and a drug & alcohol test.
