Main Accountabilities
· Maintain the office environment to ensure consistently high standards.
· Provide assistance in the showroom to enhance our wholesale partners experience.
· Oversee the signing-in process and manage guests professionally.
· Assist with the gym and hospitality services across site for both staff and visitors.
· Efficiently manage lunch arrangements and guest services.
· Uphold health and safety protocols.
· Fulfil the role of Fire Marshal, ensuring staff preparedness and adherence to safety procedures.
· Coordinate the ordering and distribution of office stationery.
· Take charge of restocking fridges and managing inventory of all office consumables, including printers and kitchen supplies.
· Ensure a constant supply of milk, tea, coffee and essentials like toilet and kitchen rolls.
· Proactively manage the office environment to ensure tidiness and adhering to organisational standards.
· Maintain cleanliness standards and oversee cleaning management.
· Implement effective recycling and rubbish disposal practices.
· Managing incoming correspondence, including the distribution of parcels.
· Manage facility contracts and liaise with service providers.
· Report and coordinate repairs for any broken or malfunctioning items.
· Assist and support with IT equipment set up and other hardware requirements.
Order equipment for new starters and prepare workspaces, ensuring all necessary resources are provided.
· Coordinate building maintenance and promptly address any issues.
· Prime key holder for the Office and manage access as necessary.
· Support with business travel bookings as necessary.
