We have a fantastic new role for a leading property development firm based in the heart of London's West End; this role is to start ASAP!
To be integral to the Head Office set up and deliver exceptional client service. Meeting and greeting clients, being the first point of contact between our visitors and the Company and ensuring that the day-to-day running of the office space/meeting rooms and communal areas is as efficient as possible. Alongside this, to offer administrative support, proactively assisting the wider team - relieving them of routine administration, solving day-to-day issues and helping to ensure adequate administrative cover when other team members are out of the office.
- We are looking for a proactive person with 1 - 2 years of office-based experience in reception or admin.
- You will have superb client service skills, good admin skills and the ability to work in a busy head office environment.
- You will be well presented and have a friendly and professional manner.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Able to start ASAP.
