We are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly successful client in South Oxfordshire, who are recruiting for an Office Assistant Manager (Part Time) to join their team.
The successful candidate will provide financial, administrative and project support to a team of consultants along with providing cover for the Office Manager.
Role: Office Assistant Manager (Part Time)
Salary: GBP30,000 pro rata
Hours: 2 - 3 Days a week
Location: South Oxfordshire

Responsibilities of the Office Assistant Manager (Part Time):
- Assist the Office Manager with day-to-day financial accounting.
- Updating the Cashflow
- Recording purchases
- Making payments
- Running the payroll
- Invoicing
- Recording Project costs
- Assist with HR activities (recruitment/screening).
- Make travel arrangement on behalf of the team.
- Provide project planning support.
- Carry out general administrative and ad-hoc duties.
- Assist with maintenance of ISO accreditations and internal audits.
- Updating of the company website.
Requirements of the Office Assistant Manager (Part Time):
- Book-keeping/financial accounting.
- Experience of providing administrative support.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams (SharePoint).
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to work as part of a growing team.
