Office Co-ordinator to £30,000 Immediate start

Fully office based role in great team : 09.00- 17.00 M-F

Our client, a boutique finance advisory, is looking for a highly organised and diligent office assistant to join their friendly and busy office. This role will provide support to the office manager and wider operations, so as such we are seeking candidates who have a positive and helpful nature, some MS office competency, with an enthusiasm to learn and input into the team.

This role is initially a 6 month contract with the potential for it to evolve over time and enable you to get involved in projects in the long term.

Role outline:

• Reception support; meeting and greeting clients / preparing meeting rooms
• Diary management
• General administration - filing, ordering supplies, setting up meetings etc
• Assisting with events
• Booking and arranging travel

We are looking for candidates who can be free to start immediately for this role please.

Salary is dependent upon experience.
