Office Co-ordinator
£12.00-£13.00 per hour
Start: ASAP
Duration: Temp-Perm
37.5 hours per week

This exciting opportunity offers a rare chance to join one of Bristol's fastest-growing technology companies on a temp-perm basis. You will be a proactive office Coordinator with a can-do attitude who has the ability to take on a multitude of tasks at any one time to contribute to a dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining office operations and providing essential HR support.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with genuine career progression on offer for the right candidate. You will start your role as an office co-ordinator with the aim of becoming an office manager with the assistance of a leading training programme.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid role (4 days in the office, 1 day remote)
Responsibilities:
Office Management:
  • Welcome visitors and manage incoming calls.
  • Coordinate courier services and act as the main point of contact for building management and third parties.
  • Organise key distribution, manage workspace, and oversee car park rotas.
  • Order office supplies and coordinate events
  • Ensure the tidiness of kitchen and communal areas.
  • Make travel and accommodation bookings for staff.

HR Support:
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including ID checks, applicant screening, equipment organisation, and induction scheduling.
  • Create welcome packs and liaise with new staff members about their first day.
  • Provide general HR admin support, including updating HRIS and administering the private healthcare scheme.

Person Specification:
  • Friendly, flexible, and maintains a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable multitasking and excels at managing various responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:
  • Proven work experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Office coordinator/HR admin experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft 365 Office Applications (Sharepoint, Teams).
