PSR Solutions are looking for a Commercial Administrator/Office Administrator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the commercial team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
About our client:
Our client is a multi-disciplinary regional contractor that covers the south of England. Our client handles measured term contract and frameworks where they work with local social housing organisations on a long-term collaborative basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the commercial team.
- Process invoices, run works pipeline and keep on top of monthly invoicing targets.
- Manage the company's filing system.
- Liaise with staff at all levels.
- Ensure that all correct process is followed.
- Assistant with the company's customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience.
- Reliably commute to Hungerford daily
- Great mediating skills.
- High level of accuracy and tenacity.
- Confident with Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience working within the construction industry (Preferred).
