Role:Office Coordinator
Salary: 22,500 - 24,000 per annum
Hours: 9am-5pm (no weekends)
Duties:
- Scheduling engineers diaries.
- Provide quotes to customers.
- General administrative tasks.
- Order and monitor spare parts.
- Ensure all documentation is kept updated and sent to customers.
- Provide monthly statistics as required.
