Are you a client focused individual with experience working within Real Estate?
I am working with an Estate Agent currently looking for an Office Coordinator. They have multiple sites across London and currently looking for a detailed administrator to join their team.
Core Responsibilities
- Reception duties: met and greet, making refreshments for visitors.
- Office operations, ensuring the office is kept tidy and presentable, ordering stationary and other office suppliers.
- Answering the telephone and directing queries to the appropriate person.
- Liaising with relevant suppliers, contracts, third parties, and building relationships with local estates agents.
- Administration duties such as scanning and photocopying of documentation.
- Invoicing and bookkeeping.
- Sending monthly billing reports to Central Office.
Personal Specification
- Previous experience working within an office or administrative role.
- Ideally Estate agent or Real Estate background
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Word, and any CRM system.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Professional and clear communication skills
- Reliable and enthusiastic nature with a strong passion for the companies brand and image
