Join my client team's as an Executive Office Assistant!

Are you the highly organised, forward-thinking, and personable professional my client is looking for? As their Executive Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier assistance to their Managing Director and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of their office.
 
Key Responsibilities will include: 
Executive Assistance to MD: 
Proactively manage the MD's diary, optimising schedules and eliminating conflicts.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing agendas and necessary documents.
Handle correspondence on behalf of the MD, screening calls, inquiries, and requests.
Act as a point of contact between the MD and stakeholders.
Office Management and Administration: 
Oversee office equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in working order.
Welcome and assist visitors at the reception, making them feel valued.
Respond to emails and calls promptly.
Liaise with team members and stakeholders, potentially managing their calendars.
Support HR functions, including holiday and attendance tracking.
Manage logistics and liaise with suppliers for efficient service delivery.
Coordinate meetings and events, handling technical and logistical needs.
Manage room bookings.
Information Handling and Administration: 
Organise and maintain sensitive company documents with utmost discretion.
Implement and oversee document management systems for easy retrieval.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
Provide support to students.
Manage welcome packs and information distribution.
Create, print, and send certificates.
Offer administrative support to team members.
Support ad-hoc projects and tasks.
Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements: 
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, office manager, receptionist, or in a similar role.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
Tech-savvy mindset.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
No criminal convictions.
