A rarely available, active opportunity as a Facilities Assistant within a super friendly law firm. This is a varied and interesting role where you will be involved with anything from general office support to assisting with events. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Reprographics - scanning, photocopying,
- Dealing with contractors, meeting and greeting and dealing with queries
- Mailroom duties
- Archiving and maintaining an accurate filing system
- Assisting with events, office moves, and some DIY maintenance work as required.
You will have experience of working within a busy professional services environment and excellent communication skills. You must have a customer service mindset and be physically active as there is some lifting in this role.
