Our Client, a leading Douglas-based firm of Chartered Accountants, are experiencing continued growth and are now seeking Office Junior to join their busy team.
Role Profile
The main duties of the Office Junior will include:
Opening and closing the office - keys, radio, TV's, meeting rooms etc
Collecting the post and any files from the unit (requires driving)
Buying milk and papers, completing breakfast orders, maintaining and replenishing cans in the kitchen and boardroom fridge
Moving boxes of files (often heavy)
Scanning - post, pension packs, hand deliveries, DHL's, and shredding
Answering and logging phone calls
Welcoming clients - sign in and drinks
4:30 drinks on Friday
Sending DHL/Couriers, completing hand deliveries (some do require driving)
Bonus ball (collecting money and paying out)
CCH Indexing (CCH is our internal 'engine')
Office calendar - adding/deleting meetings
Reception Cover
The Office Junior may also provide reception cover, including:
Post disbursements
Outgoing post
Logging any incoming hand deliveries/DHL's
Tidy meeting rooms
Logging cheques
Ordering stationery/Drinks
Lunches for meetings
Any collections - birthdays, leaving etc.
