DJRS is searching for an individual to work alongside our office support teamDJRS collaborates as a team and no day is the same!We are seeking an upbeat individual with relevant experience working in a busy office environment.As the first point of contact for customers and clients you must present a professional image both in person and by telephone.You should be a good communicator and must be able to build productive relationships, both internally and externally.The successful candidate will be required to provide business administration and support services to the operations team and office based team from our head office in Portadown.As well as supporting the members of staff who provide the services, you will also be the first point of contact for the customers which receive the services of the company.The ideal candidate must be able to learn quickly, have excellent communication skills.The role will be to manage the communications to and from the office, liaising with the operations team , customers and staff to ensure the smooth delivery of service.Good knowledge of Microsoft programs and using computers is a must..
Responsibilities
- To provide a responsive and efficient reception and telephone service to all our clients
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
- To liaise with relevant staff to ensure that any client queries are responded to within procedural timeframes
- To carry out administrative and clerical duties as required including filing, photocopying, collating, writing emails to clients, letter writing, data entry and preparation of reports and other information
- Writing out work orders
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Strong experience in a range of IT Skills in a range of Microsoft packages
- Ability to prioritise and organise a daily schedule
- Excellent telephone manner
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Good level of verbal and written English language
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Neat, professional and tidy
- Communication Skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service in a professional manner
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
Desirable Skills
- Education Needed Two GCSEs grades A-C in English and Mathematics or equivalent
