Holiday 5 weeks plus Bank Holidays (pro rata)
Technosys are an independent machinery company specializing in high-speed equipment for process and packaging lines.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your role will be to be responsible for assisting the Office Manager with the day-to-day running of the business.
Office Manager Assistant RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Producing sales invoices for capital equipment sales
- Paying foreign suppliers from FX account
- Preparing monthly KPI reports for management meeting.
- Maintaining stock reports for Autopack Ltd
- Managing the company ISO documentation within the Commercial Department to ensure full compliance.
- Organise transport for machinery UK and Overseas
- Organise Freight Forwarders for customs paperwork.
- Liaising with suppliers as and when required
- Authorising supplier invoices
- Occasional visits to customers
- Day to Day deliveries and booking on DHL portal
- Exhibition duties as and when necessary
- Any other duties that the management deem necessary.
Office Manager AssistantREQUIREMENTS:
- Experience of import/export custom paperwork
- 5 years of a commercial department
- Xero or similar accounting package
