Salary: £28,000 basic- £40,000 OTE

Days / Hours: Monday- Friday- 9:00- 17:30 / Alternate Saturdays- 9:00- 14:00

Benefits: Car Allowance- £300 p/m

Position Overview:

As the Office Manager, you will play an important role in establishing and growing the agency’s presence in the local market. You will be responsible for driving business, negotiating sales, overseeing sales progression and potentially conducting some valuations. You will lead by example and manage 3 full time and 2 part time team members in the office.

Responsibilities:

Sales Negotiation:

  • Handle all aspects of property sales negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers.

Sales Progression:

  • Oversee the sales process from offer to completion.
  • Ensure all transactions are handled efficiently and effectively.

Management:

  • Manage and mentor other team members in the office.
  • Foster a positive and productive working environment.

Branch Development:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies and plans for the branch.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of competitors.

Marketing Support:

  • Utilise the business's marketing resources to promote the branch and its listings.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop local advertising campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property valuations and sales.
  • Strong negotiation and sales progression skills.
  • Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within an Estate Agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to achieve targets.
  • Commercially aware with a strategic approach to business growth.
