Job description

We are currently seeking an Office Manager for a temporary role starting in the next few weeks for around 4 months. You will be based in Leeds city centre in beautiful offices. A varied role covering office management tasks and secretarial support.

Front of house service, including reception.

Facilities management.

Organising catering as well as monitoring stock levels.

Managing meeting rooms.

Diary management.

Arranging travel and accommodation.

Document management for all meetings.

Minuting meetings.

Experience in reception, office management and secretarial support.

Proven experience in supporting at a senior level in a busy role.

Ability to multi-task across a range of duties.

Good IT skills.

First class presentation and communication.

Hours: Working hours are 37.5 per week ideally Mon to Fri but may consider slightly reduced hours.

Location: Leeds City Centre, LS1

Contract: 4 months

Salary: £15-£16.50ph
