ROLE:Office Manager / PA
LOCATION: One Castlepark, Bristol, BS2 0JA
REPORTING TO: Group Operations Director
HOURS: 37.5 per week, permanent contract
SALARY: £25,000 - £35,000
We are seeking an Office Manager to support our growing Bristol team with a proven experience of managing office services, liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff as well as organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
Some experience of marketing, PA duties and internal auditing to ISO standards is highly desirable.

The role: The Office Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the office and providing support to the Central Team. The Office Manager will be an extension of the Enabling Services Team based in Exeter and will also support cover during any holidays or absences.
Key duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Providing support to the Group Operations Director meeting and diary management, putting together monthly reports.
- Ensuring the office is compliant with H&S policy and procedures.
- Liaising with the company s IT team to resolve any issues.
- Ensure office is fully stocked with stationary, beer, wine and other confectionary!
- Providing support with administrative tasks such as event support, booking venues, ordering marketing materials, arranging couriers, monitoring of mailboxes, proof checking.
- Support with booking business travel & accommodation.
- Providing support to the Enabling Services Team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Dealing with suppliers of the office stationery material.
- Answering telephones, meeting and greeting clients and visitors.
- Ensure the office environment is exceptional and kept to standard.
- Keeping records of office expenditure.
- Supporting on HR issues
- Support on production of marketing material experience of using Canva and
- InDesign would be desirable
- Quality Management support
Key candidate criteria:
- Previous office management is required, minimum of 3+ years.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and Adobe experience experience of using Canva and In Design would be desirable
- Confident with formatting documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
- CRM/Database knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- A great team player and can work independently.
- First aid training is desirable.
- Ability to retain confidential information without breaking confidence
