Office Manager - Northwich
My client is currently recruiting for a new and exciting role for their business. Our client is looking for an Office Manager to join their growing team, This role is based in Northwich on an industrial estate so all candidates would need to have access to their own vehicle.
My client is a dynamic and rapidly growing innovation company that values design, collaboration, and excellence. We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Office Manager to join their team and play a key role in managing and organising their office operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monday to Friday, 9-5 (flexibility outside of core hours can be discussed).
- Basic Salary is from £23,000 to £28,000 dependent on experience
- Efficiently managing day to day operations
- Oversee office supplies, equipment and facilities
- You will coordinate and execute various projects within specified timelines whilst working with other teams to ensure all tasks are completed on time
- You will also facilitate team meetings and any other general admin duties supporting senior executives
What my client is looking for
- 3 years Office Manager experience or in a similar role
- Degree in business administration or related field
- Strong project management skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
