Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support and guidance to other team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proven track record in office management.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage office staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Coordinate and oversee administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience in team management and supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary: £22,500.00-£37,000.00 per year
