About The Role

The Heath Academy Trust and Three Legged Cross First and Nursery School are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Office Manager who will be responsible for providing clear leadership for school finance, administration and personnel.

We are looking for someone who has a friendly, professional approach and is kind and patient. You will have excellent public facing skills and will be able to support our head teacher, school staff, parents and pupils in a positive, effective manner.

You will work collaboratively with our head teacher and school staff. You will also have experience of dealing with HR and payroll issues. You will need to be well organised and confident using Microsoft Office. There is a strong team ethic however the ability to be flexible and prioritise your own workload is essential.
