Form of workTop 500 Private Practice Law firm, based in the Dorset is proactively searching for an Office Supervisor within its new office in Blandford Forum, Dorset.
The ideal candidate will be reporting to the Practice Manager, this role is to provide a first class ‘Front of House’ service to visitors to the office and to oversee the operational functions across the respective office, including Buildings Maintenance. You will also be responsible for assisting the Practice Manager in relation to attendance management, holiday records and staffing resources, as well as creating an overall positive and inspiring environment for all who attend the office.
This is a great opportunity for an individual to utilise their office administration, organisational and front of house skills in a highly professional and regulated environment. Training for this role may take place at one of our other offices where there is no reliable public transport, therefore you will ideally need to be a driver with your own vehicle. Parking is available on site.
Competitive starting salary is approximately £27,000 p/a, dependent upon experience level.
