As the Office Supervisor, You will:- Efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and office supplies to uphold optimal workflow.
- Proactively address and resolve office-related challenges with finesse and timeliness.
- Develop relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring prompt delivery of goods and services, and actively participating in procurement activities and inquiries.
- Provide guidance to office staff
- Identify areas for process improvement and effective solutions
- Maintain communication channels, ensuring collaborative environment among team members.
As an Office Supervisor, You will have:- Previous experience within a similar role
- People management / supervisory experience
- Good understanding of customer service
- Keen eye for detail
