R13 Recruitment are currently supporting a fantastic charity in their search for an Office Support Assistant to join their Norfolk-based team. This is a varied, administrative-based role where you will be an integral member of the team, supporting the daily operations of the organisation.
Based on the outskirts of Norwich, this is a fulltime, rolling temporary position, working 1 day per week (flexible on which day), 9am - 5pm, and is offering an hourly rate of £11.25.

The day to day
- Assisting with general and ad-hoc administrative tasks, including accurately inputting data and ensuring records are kept updated.
- Creating and distributing charity information materials to contacts and businesses, and assisting with the planning of charity events.
- Conducting research and assisting with social media planning and posting, in order to further the charities reach.
You will have/be
- Previous administration experience, and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms.
- An adaptable nature, and the ability to manage a busy and diverse workload, while maintaining a high standard.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
