Due to our ongoing growth, we are looking to add an experience office/TEAM ADMINISTRATOR to our Head Office in Oxfordshire. The role is wide ranging from tasks involving the running of the office admin function as well as taking calls and looking after a small, self-sufficient team in our converted barn offices in Finstock (NrCharlbury). Castlethorpe Homes is a small house building business creating beautiful homes across Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds and we have in house teams from sales, commercial, technical, land and build and we now need someone to manage the administration but also deal with logging of invoices, utility bills, manage the team calendars, letters, reports etc.As this is a role which touches all disciplines, we are looking for a strong team player, someone who is self-motivated and able to multi-task and use their time wisely to ensure that the various needs of the office and the staff are met. Someone who is prepared to cover a full range of elements on a day- to-day basis from helping set up meetings, to ordering protective clothing for the build staff, logging invoices to being secretary to the MD when needed. Our office is a nice working environment that involves hard work and dedication, and some days will involve more administration and other days may be more dealing with emails or assisting with board reports.We offer a competitive package to the right person and are prepared to be flexible on the hours/days worked for the right person, however we do see this as a 'fulltime' role, and it does not involve remote working.
