Job Summary:
We are seeking an Office Worker to join our team in a bustling office environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computerised tasks and possess excellent organisational skills to handle various clerical and administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks including typing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Utilise Sage for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and follow proper phone etiquette
- Assist in managing schedules and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Use Google Suite for various office tasks
- Ordering Materials for Jobs & Consulting Clients
Requirements:
- Proficient in computerised tasks and office software
- Experience in clerical and administrative roles is advantageous
- Strong typing skills and data entry accuracy
- Familiarity with Sage or basic bookkeeping functions
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Competency in using Google Suite & Microsoft Office for office operations
