We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to be a part of our integral team in Officers Mess, Kinloss Barracks, Forres, Morayshire IV36 3UH

- £10.68 per hour
- Full time! 35 hours a week, usually Monday – Friday but some occasional weekend work will be required due to functions etc.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting and deputise for the Hotel Services Manager
- Efficient management of the Mess and accommodation
- Managing your team, making sure the best service is available to our customer whilst the unit is open
- To oversee a smooth day to day running of the mess’s
- Organizing day to day hospitality functions and dinners
- Motivating and leading your team, leading by example
- Provide excellent customer service to the clients and deal with complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Efficient management of functions, hospitality, and events
- Ensuring that we deliver high quality customer service to the mess members and other military personnel
- To maintain mess tradition and protocol whilst introducing agreed innovations.
Experience
- Experience of working in catering/hotel management or operational experience at management level
- Must be able to show good leadership skills, this role would suit someone looking to move up the management ladder
- Good financial awareness and knowledge in managing budgets and growing sales
- Previous experience in functions and events and have a deep appreciation and respect for traditions
- Good PC skills
- Security clearance process will be required
