If you have an eye for detail, have extensive experience within KBA 105 Lithographic Sheet-Fed Press, and want to relocate to Australia, this is a great opportunity.

As a Printing Machinist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional printing results using cutting-edge technology. Join our team of dedicated professionals and contribute to our mission of providing outstanding service and superior packaging solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the KBA Rapida 105 offset printing press to produce high quality printed materials.
• Monitor the printing process, making necessary adjustments to ensure consistent print quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the printing press.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and meet project deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience on a KBA Rapida (105, 106, or larger machines) Offset Printer, preferably within the packaging or printing industry.
• Proven experience with QualiTronic ColorControl Systems
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining offset printing presses.
• Strong understanding of printing techniques, colour management, and quality control.
• Ability to interpret job orders, work independently, and make decisions to achieve desired print results.
• Attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve printing issues.
• Trade qualification / offset printing or lithographic experience is essential, namely AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3) or at least three years of relevant experience

Must have Experience:

• KBA Rapida (105, 106, 145 or 164) experience
• QualiTronic ColorControl Systems experience
• Sheetfed Offset Press
• Lithographic Printing
