Job Title: Day Shift Healthcare Worker for Older Persons Hucknall, Nottm

A prestigious Care Home are seeking your experience! Are you a compassionate and an experienced healthcare worker dedicated to providing excellent care for older individuals in a large care home based in Hucknall? We are seeking a skilled individual looking for flexible shift patterns to our assist our client as a Day Shift Healthcare Worker to assist with regular on-going work.

Position: Day Shift Healthcare Worker for Older Persons care home.
Location: Hucknall Nottingham
Shifts:Day Shifts: 07:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 21:00 (Long days are available) Monday - Sunday

Pay rate: GBP13.00 P/H (including holiday pay)

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised and compassionate care to older individuals in a residential setting.
• Assist with daily activities, including personal care, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and maintain the well-being of residents, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Engage in meaningful interactions to promote social and emotional well-being.
• Document observations and activities accurately.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in healthcare, particularly in caring for older individuals.
• Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to various care needs.
• Relevant experience covering at least 6 months within a UK based healthcare company.
